Alice Sharp

Alice Sharp set up art and environmental organisation Invisible Dust in 2009. Alice is a prominent UK advisor and speaker on arts and sustainability, including a Insider magazine event in April 2021 attracting 85,000 viewers world wide, presenting at the SDG Tent at Davos 2020, the United Nations Development Programme: Moldova and Turkey 2019, ‘Advanced Cities’ for Climate KIC in Vienna and at Canada Council for the Arts in 2019.

At Invisible Dust she has worked with many significant artists and scientists. Artists include Joan Jonas, Elizabeth Price, Jeremy Deller, Fei Jun, Mariele Neudecker, Cornelia Parker and Gayle Chong Kwan. Science collaborators include advisors to the British Government such as Professor’s Frank Kelly on air pollution (Imperial College London), Professor Emily Shuckburgh climate scientist and Director of Cambridge Zero, Professor Alex Rogers on oceans (REV Ocean) and Professor Kate Jones on biodiversity (UCL).

Invisible Dust is currently curating ‘Wild Eye’ on art and nature with Yorkshire Wildlife Trust in Scarborough and Whitby; with artists Ryan Gander and Juneau Projects. Also ‘Climate Clock’ for Oulu Finland EU Capital of Culture 2026, 'Breathe 2022' with Dryden Goodwin at Lewisham Borough of Culture and 'Greenlight' a series of master classes in February and March on environmental artistic programming with organisational change consultants 'people make it work'.
