ss space space is both a research collective exploring notions of space and an artist-run independent space led by Sean Tseng and Sara Wu. They have endeavoured to explore the concept of 'space' through their artistic practice, workshops, collective learning and curatorial projects and the establishment of their physical space. Collectively and critically, they explore diverse aspects of art by proposing questions and experiments and inviting multiple triggers for reflection.

Since 2020, ss space space has formed its practice through a series of public and socially engaged curations, inviting creatives from various backgrounds to participate and communicate. Their projects have been facilitated and exhibited in the United Kingdom, Norway and Taiwan, including the online projects On Space and The Urgency of Contactlessness, and physical exhibitions, producing space: divergence, convergence, dessert shop and producing space: simplify, amplify, megaphone factory, and workshops producing space: display,  arrangement, art fair and producing space:  clear, obscure, a collective. In 2023, ss space space established its physical presence in Taiwan, featuring exhibition and reading areas. Through their curation and research projects, it is dedicated to working with artists both locally and internationally, presenting exhibitions that are critically engaged and experimental.

In a fluid and dynamic manner, ss space space endeavours to challenge the understanding of existing techniques, technology, culture, and society, while simultaneously building bridges with institutions, art creatives, and the public, aiming to foster critical discourses, encourage reflection, and create diverse platforms for creation, learning, and critical thinking.

ss space space 是一個以「空間」為題的研究團隊，也是一個由藝術家主導的獨立藝術空間，由藝術家曾彥翔與吳依宣組成。他們透過創作實踐、工作坊、共學計畫、策展與成立實體空間等形式試圖梳理「空間」一題，期望在不斷地提問與實驗之中，探索藝術在社會中可能存在的樣貌，並同時藉此反思與回應當前社會面臨之議題。

於2020年起，ss space space 以社會性與公共性的參與實踐為目標，邀請大眾、藝術家與其他專業領域工作者共同實驗與交流。其曾先後舉辦線上企劃「On Space」與「The Urgency of Contactlessness」、實體展覽「生產空間：發散、聚合、甜點店」與「生產空間：精簡、擴充、揚聲器製造所」、工作坊「生產空間：展示、部署、藝術博覽會」與「生產空間：清晰、模糊、藝文組織」，至今曾多次於英國、挪威與臺灣等地發表其計畫。於2023年，ss space space 在臺灣成立其實體空間，空間內設有展演區域與閱覽區
域，並透過策展與研究計畫致力於發掘海內外藝術工作者之創作，呈現深具批判、實驗與學術之展演活動。

ss space space 期許能作為現有機構、藝術工作者及大眾之間的橋樑，建立多元而流動的藝術場域，進而在過程中試圖挑戰文化、科學、技術、社會的價值定義及理解的方式，以對話展開共同學習的場域，為世界創造多樣辯論與思考空間。
